I’ve been told a couple of times that I’ve drastically changed or have changed a lot and it never really hit me until more and more people have talked to me about how i am now and are wondering… And asking… And tonight It just clicked to me that I really did change.. LOL Like today, I was talking to a really super close good friend of mine, she isn’t a Christian but I love her to death and soon...

What do you do? when you curl up and drench your pillow with tears from the last sentence that has placed an enduring pain in your heart that you didn’t think a small simple hurtful sentence can do something so powerful enough to make you feel like nothing but feel something at the same time such as pain, regret, shame, useless, unwanted and not needed. Things are never gonna be the same....

Execise! eat good! sleep at the right time 9-10 in a dark room, no noices, do kind things for other, take supplements, teas, practice mindfulness(the present moment), practice breathing techniques. Also know it will pass, and god will help, like mae said don't over think it.
